General Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details



This event is presented by Il Brutto & Friends and takes place at Wynyard Pavilion, Auckland Waterfront.

Il Brutto is not the event venue.



2. Age Restriction



This is a strictly R18+ event.

Valid physical photo identification is required for entry. Digital copies or photos of ID will not be accepted. No exceptions.



3. Tickets



All tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.



Tickets are non-refundable except as required by New Zealand law.



Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.



Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.



4. Entry & Admission



Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, and compliance with all event policies.



Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disorderly, intoxicated, or unsafe manner without refund.



Re-entry is subject to venue policy and security discretion.



5. Prohibited Items



Standard festival and venue restrictions apply. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:



Illegal substances



Weapons or sharp objects



Glass containers



Outside alcohol or food



Professional audio/video recording equipment without accreditation



Large bags or backpacks (small bags subject to search)



6. Security & Safety



All attendees are subject to bag searches and security screening.



CCTV may be in operation throughout the venue.



Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property except as required by law.



7. Lineup & Program Changes



The lineup, set times, and event format are subject to change without notice. Changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.



8. Weather



This is a partially open-air event and will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by authorities.



9. Photography & Recording



By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used without compensation.



10. Responsible Behaviour



Responsible alcohol consumption is required. Intoxicated, aggressive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
